1. Download Stellar Phoenix Outlook Express Recovery and on executing the software the screen will look like this,
2. Select the .Dbx file you want to recover
3. After selecting the file , Click on start repair and the software will start repairing your file
4. Once the repairing is complete the software will give you the message of the completion of the process.
5. The recovered emails will then be stored in the desired destination folder
